(A) I wonder if someone with my obligations and situation can ever have more—but I still long for it. I desire to achieve my greatest potential and live a BIG life.

(B) If I'm to be honest, right now, the only thing I really desire is peace and quiet.

(D) I've come out of a dark and difficult time, and right now, I have a burning direction and mission.

(A) My life feels like the same day on repeat, only with more demands. My joy and quality of life are getting harder to maintain, no matter how hard I work.

(B) I feel detached from the world around me, like I'm in a daze and everything is a dream or unreal.

(D) I feel deeply connected to all of life. I am often taken by the beauty in the smallest details.

(A) I feel a sense of dissatisfaction, or an emptiness. Something is missing or lacking "aliveness".

(B) The things that once motivated or excited me no longer have the same effect. I don't even feel that I "want" anything this much.

(D) To be less full of myself, and more full of life. It is hard. Everytime I do though, I know a level of freedom I never thought existed. It is worth it.

(A) I'm alright, just really busy. I can't wait till the day wraps up and I can just unwind.

I feel both agitated and exhausted. The world is so loud, so I retreat to the quietest, most invisible places whenever I can.

(D) I’m learning to balance effort and rest, tuning into what fuels or drains me. As I do, I’m starting to feel this steady, vibrant energy that feels clean and uplifting...

(A) I do what I can to stay productive. Sometimes it is Netflix, sometimes a vacation, takeout, or a night to blow off steam.

(B) I feel like my nervous system is on edge or fried, and any additional stress feels unbearable.

(C) I have moments when I feel inner blissful quiet, and joy. I do not yet know how to live from these energies in my everyday life.

(D) I'm learning how to create states of deep inner stillness and directional joy. I desire to make those my homebase.

(A) When making major changes, I can’t ignore my responsibilities. My choices must be pragmatic, and must not cause major disruptions, or emotionally upset the people in my life.

(B) I've lost my grounding in making decisions. What used to be clear is now muddled and confusing.

(C) I can't choose what's safe or expected anymore, but I don't know how to handle the risk, cost and discomfort that comes with making aligned choices.

(D) I'm learning to trust in the guidance of my joy, peace and integrity. Listening in better, I'm all about that right now!

(A) I feel like I'm stuck in life. Can you help me get UNSTUCK?

(B) I need to move forward. I'm paralyzed and depleted. Can you help me RECHARGE?

(C) I've outgrown the past but lack clarity on where I'm headed. I feel both free and lost, longing for purpose and direction. Can you help me step into a NEW BEGINNING?

(D) I have a deep longing to build a life of service and meaning. Can you help me come into my DIVINITY?
